No Refunds on Investments

Subscription Fees

If you have paid a subscription fee to access premium features or services on our platform, this fee is also non-refundable. The subscription provides access to services and tools as outlined during the signup process, and refunds are not applicable, even if you decide to cancel your subscription before its expiration.

Early Withdrawal Penalty

Although investments cannot be refunded, users are allowed to make withdrawals from their accounts under certain conditions. If you request an early withdrawal before the specified investment period ends, a penalty fee may apply, as outlined in the terms of your investment plan. The penalty will be deducted from the withdrawal amount before processing.

Special Circumstances

In rare cases, such as technical errors or violations of platform policies that result in unintended charges, Qordan World will review the situation and may issue a partial or full refund at its discretion. Users must contact customer support within 14 days of the issue for eligibility.
